BY POPULAR DEMAND

Little did they know when they rolled out the 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLS at the trade shows, it would become a permanent player on the Mercedes roster. Apparently, show goers found the combination of swoop-roofed sportiness and sedan-comfy interior too much to resist. Within the year this new entry would be wearing the three-pointed star out in public.

'06 Mercedes-Benz CLS

The 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLS is thought of as a four-door coupe and comes in two trims, namely the CLS-Class and a AMG-powered are available.

On the exterior of this luxury on wheels can be seen some sweet design and contour lines that give it a sense and feel of refinement. There is adequate room in the cab and this is due to its 112.4 inch wheel base, 74 inches width, and 193 inches length.

It's frame sits nicely on 18 inch alloy wheels for the CLS500 and 19 inches for the CL55 AMG. Four persons can be seated comfortably in the 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLS.

All trims come with projector style headlamps and a cornering light feature is also fit and this turns on when cornering. The dash shows of an instrument panel that has black dials with chrome lining. There is a display that shows the fuel levels and other driving information.
